"I’ve been to several Chick-fil-A locations over the years and have always had positive experiences, but the Chick-fil-A location is truly exceptional. This particular restaurant has become a regular stop for me and my family, and every visit reminds me why we keep coming back. The overall experience feels a step above what you’d expect from a typical fast food restaurant. Yes, the food is prepared and served incredibly quickly, but what really stands out is the consistency and accuracy. It’s rare to receive a fast food order without at least one mistake—but here, they get every detail right, every single time. The customer service is outstanding. What really sets this Westbrook, Maine location apart is how attentive the staff is. Team members will actually come to your table to check in and ask if you need anything, which creates a much more welcoming and elevated dining experience. Everyone is friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in their work. The quality of the food is also consistently excellent. I especially love their salads, and at other restaurants I’ve often been disappointed by wilted lettuce or ingredients that seem past their prime. That has never been the case here. Everything is always fresh, crisp, and flavorful. This location truly goes above and beyond in every way—service, accuracy, and food quality. "Was riding my bike through the parking lot when I saw a worker standing at the drive through. I don’t frequent chic fil a much but stopped to say hello. The woman working was Sophia. She got ready to take my order. I laughed because I didn’t expect that. At BK they don’t like to take orders at the drive through unless in a vehicle.. so I told her I was all set, I just ate, but wanted to express my gratitude/appreciation. Great friendly staff.
